We also provide ‘final stamped designs’ which assures a contractor that the scope of the work he was anticipating to do, doesn’t change as a result of differences between a ‘best-guess’ preliminary, and the ‘final stamped’ design. Far too often there are significant differences in the scope of the work that was bid using a ‘best-guess’ preliminary by one source, and the work as determined by the ‘final stamped’ design provided by another source.
